We want you to be happy with your JUX pieces!

Payment
You can pay your JUX pieces with iDeal or bank transfer. There are no additional costs for these payment methods. Choose the one you prefer! Once we have received your payment, your pieces will be packed and sent.

Shipment
You can expect your JUX pieces within five working days. For all shipments, we use TNT. You can trace your package with track & trace: www.tracktrace.nl. Send a message to shop@studiojux.com when something is wrong with your shipment.

Returns
Of course you can return your order when it is in resalable condition. Please contact us within 7 days by e-mail (shop@studiojux.com) and mention the reason for return and invoice number. Send your order asap, unworn with original, undamaged hang tags and packaging. You will have to pay for the return costs, we will send you another JUX piece or refund the money.

Unfortunately, you can not return sale items. When you receive damaged or wrong pieces, you can return them for free. In any case, contact us by e-mail within 7 days and mention the reason and invoice number to shop@studiojux.com.
